PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for enabling a user to smoothly and surely hold a handle of shears housed in the holder in the hand without failing in taking and gripping the handle by the finger. SOLUTION: The shears holder has a finger catch provided on an upper part of an inner side face of the back of the holder to form a space from the handle of the shears so as to allow the handle to be gripped by the fingertip or the first joint of the finger before transferring the same to the second joint thereof to securely grip and hold the same by the hand.
