PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer cement composition for waterproofing which is used for giving waterproofness to a constructed matter when a concrete structure and the like are constructed and which is excellent in workability, acid resistance and alkali resistance and to provide the constructed matter coated with the composition. SOLUTION: The polymer cement composition contains emulsion and alumina cement. The emulsion contains an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion and an acrylic polymer emulsion. The polymer component of the emulsion contains an acrylic polymer component of more than 20 pts.mass and 60 pts.mass or less to an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer component of 100 pts.mass.
