PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for providing a lossless and dispersion-free transmission line. SOLUTION: The transmission line comprises: a first primary conductor 11<SP>+</SP>; a first auxiliary conductor 12<SP>+</SP>inductively coupled to the first primary conductor; a first non-inverting amplifier 310 with an input connected to the first primary conductor 11<SP>+</SP>and an output connected to the first auxiliary conductor 12<SP>+</SP>, and distributed along the full length of the transmission line; and a ground conductor 13.
