PURPOSE: A hanger for transporting a cylinder head of a vehicle is provided to improve working efficiency by combining the cylinder head with the hook member in moving up crane and releasing the cylinder head from a hook member in moving the crane down. CONSTITUTION: A hanger for transporting a cylinder head is composed of a hanger bracket(110) having a fitting link formed in an upper part and combined with a link and an inverse U-shaped body formed in a lower part, a couple of handle parts(170,190) composed of a vertical part and a horizontal part laterally formed from the lower end of the vertical part and combined with the lower part of the hanger bracket body by a first hinge assembling pin in a first elongated hole, a couple of link connecting parts(130,150) combined with the lower part of the hanger bracket body and inserted to the handle parts to adjust the length around the hinge part in moving up and down the hanger bracket, and hook members installed in the horizontal connecting link members extended from the link connecting parts and opposed to each other.
