PURPOSE: To provide a Ni-Zn ferrite based lead-free flux for low temperature sintering capable of effectively lowering sintering temperature and completely substituting for conventional low temperature sintering additives containing Pb to exclude harmfulness of the human body and prevent environmental pollution due to toxicity of Pb. CONSTITUTION: The Ni-Zn ferrite based lead-free flux for low temperature sintering contains silicon dioxide(SiO2), boron oxide(B2O3) and at least one or more additives as principle constituents, wherein the Ni-Zn ferrite based lead-free flux for low temperature sintering has a performance for dropping sintering temperature by adding a mixture of the constituents to a Ni-Zn ferrite based raw material powder comprising ferric oxide(Fe2O3), nickel oxide(NiO), zinc oxide(ZnO), copper oxide(CuO) and cobalt oxide(CoO) in a ratio of 0.05 to 10 wt.%, wherein the flux contains 40 to 70 wt.% of silicon dioxide(SiO2), 5 to 30 wt.% of boron oxide(B2O3), and 5 to 30 wt.% of zinc oxide(ZnO), 5 to 20 wt.% of aluminum oxide(Al2O3), 5 to 20 wt.% of sodium oxide(Na2O) or 5 to 20 wt.% of magnesium oxide(MgO) as the additive.
