PURPOSE: A leg exercise machine is provided to correct saggy hips, strengthen the muscles of a lower part of one's body, and be easily stored even at a narrow place by folding a rail so that it is stored conveniently when not in use. CONSTITUTION: A weight insertion bar(6) for inserting and fixing a weight(7) is constructed at both sides of a joint(5) which is inserted into a guide bar(17) formed inside a case(1) and moves up and down. An upper pulley(3) is formed on the top part of the inside of the case(1). A lower pulley(4) is formed on the bottom part of the inside of the case(1). Wheels formed inside a movable footboard(13) are inserted into guide grooves(11) formed at both sides of a rail(10) bent in a U-shape. The movable footboard(13) is slidably movable along the rail(10), being connected to the joint(5) by a wire(8) via the upper and lower pulleys(3,4) inside the case(1).
