PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester copolymer improved with hydrolysis resistance, its molding and a mulch film for agricultural use. SOLUTION: This aliphatic polyester copolymer consists of recurring units expressed by the following general formulae (1), (2), (3) and as necessary the following general formula (4), and has≥50,000 weight-average molecular weight. General formula (1) is: CO-R<SP>1</SP>-CO (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-12C divalent aliphatic group). General formula is: O-R<SP>3</SP>-O (2) (wherein, R<SP>3</SP>is a 3-12C divalent aliphatic group). General formula is: O-(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>2</SB>-O (3). General formula (4) is CO-R<SP>4</SP>-O (wherein, R<SP>4</SP>is a 1-10C divalent aliphatic group).
