PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long double-pipe heat insulating structure capable of being easily mounted. SOLUTION: An outer pipe 2 is coaxially fitted to an outer periphery of an inner pipe 1 with a clearance, a tip of the inner pipe 1 is opened, and a tip of the outer pipe 2 is closed to constitute a warming body 3. The warming body 3 is inserted into a heat-insulated pipe 4 or a heat-insulated tank 6, and the steam for warming 5 is supplied from one of the inner pipe 1 and the outer pipe 2, and U-turned at its end part to be returned to the other pipe.
