PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter winding drive unit capable of contributing to the restraint of looseness between an output driving member and an output shaft. SOLUTION: This shutter winding drive unit has the output shaft 21, a base part 232 for holding a driving motor 20 and the output shaft 21, and the output driving member 25. The output shaft 21 has a first tooth group 3 having a plurality of outer tooth parts 30 (first tooth parts) arranged around an axis P1 of the output shaft 21. The output driving member 25 has a second tooth group 4 having a plurality of inner tooth parts 40 (second tooth parts) arranged to be meshed with the outer tooth parts 30. The shutter winding drive unit is constituted to transmit the driving force of the output shaft 21 to the output driving member 25 by the mesh between the outer tooth parts 30 of the output shaft 21 and the inner tooth parts 40 of the output driving member 25, to rotate the output driving member 25 to lift a shutter.
