DOUBLE DRYER FOR MAXIMIZING DRYING EFFICIENCY OF FOOD GARBAGE THROUGH HOT AIR CIRCULATION BY PERFORMING DOUBLE DRYING ACTIONS IN AUXILIARY DRYING TANK AND MAIN DRYING TANK

PURPOSE: To provide a dryer which is capable of maximizing food garbage drying efficiency due to double drying of food garbage through hot air circulation by installing a main drying tank and an auxiliary drying tank and maximizing food garbage drying efficiency by installing an air supply fan for external air introduction, a hot air circulation fan and an exhaust fan on a hot air circulation hose(circulation path). CONSTITUTION: The double dryer for drying food garbage through hot air circulation comprises: a dryer body(10); a control panel(1) on which various control switches are installed to control drying action of food garbage; a hopper(20) into which food garbage is injected; an auxiliary drying tank(30) in which the food garbage injected through the hopper is primarily piled and dried; a main drying tank(40) in which primarily dried food garbage dropped from the auxiliary drying tank is secondly piled and dried; an air supply fan(50) for introducing an external air for hot air to be introduced into the auxiliary drying tank and the main drying tank; a heater(60) for heating the external air introduced by the air supply fan to heat the food garbage sequentially piled in the auxiliary drying tank and the main drying tank to a fixed temperature so that the food garbage is dried; a hot air circulation fan(70) for circulating hot air heated by the heater to the main drying tank to secondly dry food garbage of the main drying tank after primarily drying food garbage of the auxiliary drying tank; and an exhaust fan(80) for exhausting to the outside the hot air used to secondly dry food garbage of the main drying tank.
