PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material for a multiple layer printed circuit board which can suppress unwanted radiation of electromagnetic wave and conduction of radio frequency electric noise. SOLUTION: A laminate 5 is constituted by forming a ferrite layer 2b with a so-called ferrite plating method to the single surface or both surfaces of an electrically insulated layer 2a formed of a synthetic resin such as epoxy resin or of a ceramic. Conductive layers 2d, 2c are formed to both surfaces of the laminate 5. The radio frequency current flowing to both conductive layers 2d, 2c is suppressed with the magnetic loss characteristic of the ferrite layer 2b. As a result, unwanted radiation of electromagnetic wave can be suppressed and moreover conductance of radio frequency electric noise can also be suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
