PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a major problem that generation consumes much dynamic energy for compulsorily cutting an electromagnetic force when a magnetomotive force generated at the time of flow of induced electromotive current acts on the rotor as the electromagnetic force in a conventional generator. SOLUTION: When the induced electromotive current flows, the magnetomotive force acting on the rotor as the electromagnetic force is sealed in a ring type laminating layer core by closing a magnetic circuit to save much dynamic energy for compulsorily cutting the electromagnetic force acting on the rotor, which is the conventional way, thus providing generation with the low consumption energy and high output.
