PURPOSE: An air conditioner with an oxygen generator is provided to allow easy repair of an oxygen generator, and to prevent damage and electric leakage due to submergence. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner includes an outdoor unit case(26) with a heat exchange chamber(25) having a compressor(21), an outdoor heat exchanger(22) and an outside air blowing fan(23) built therein; an oxygen machine unit(30) detachably coupled to an upper part of the outdoor unit case, and having an oxygen machine chamber(31) formed therein to be partitioned off from the heat exchange chamber; an oxygen generator installed in the oxygen machine chamber to extract oxygen from outside air introduced into the oxygen machine chamber; and an oxygen supply pump(70) installed in a partitioned space in the oxygen machine chamber to introduce oxygen extracted in the oxygen generator and supply to an indoor unit through an oxygen discharge tube(74). The oxygen machine chamber is divided by a plurality of closing members(36) into an oxygen generation chamber(34) in which the oxygen generator is installed, and a pump chamber(35) in which the oxygen supply pump is installed. A plurality of outside air vent holes(38) are formed on sides of the oxygen generation chamber and the pump chamber to allow outside air to flow therein.
