PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light scanner which can bring about laser light with stable quality by making a laser light generating means structurally less subject to a change in environmental temperature, and a photographic processing device. SOLUTION: This laser light scanner 100 is equipped with the laser light generating means for generating the beam-like laser light, and a scanning means for performing scanning by guiding the laser light, generated by the laser light generating means, to a surface to be irradiated. The laser light scanner 100 is also equipped with a temperature regulating means (Peltier element 510) for keeping the temperature of the laser light generating means in a predetermined target temperature range. The laser light generating means is enclosed with a cover 800, and the regulation of a temperature in an internal space of the cover 800 is made less subject to the external environmental temperature.
