CULTIVATION OF BEAN SPROUTS HAVING HIGH CONTENT OF CALCIUM SALTS OF ORGANIC ACIDS BY SPRAYING CALCIUM SALTS OF ORGANIC ACIDS ON BEANS

摘要

PURPOSE: A method of cultivation of bean sprouts containing calcium salts of organic acids such as L-calcium lactate in large quantities by spraying calcium salts of organic acids on beans is provided. The product has enhanced content of nutrients and the high absorption rate. CONSTITUTION: Beans are soaked in a solution containing a calcium salt of organic acids such as L-calcium lactate for 30 to 90min, dried in the shade for about 3 to 4hr and sprayed with water every 4hr for about 7 to 8 days while maintaining the temperature at about 18deg.C. The solution containing a calcium salt of organic acids is prepared by dissolving 10% or less of a calcium salt of organic acid such as L-calcium lactate in warm water of 25deg.C or more.
