PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic polymer composition which is structurally stable in the available period and is decomposed to harmless products by multiple decomposition like photodecomposition, thermo-decomposition, bio-decomposition, chemical decomposition or so on. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic polymer composition comprises: 20wt% or more of common thermoplastic polymer component; 0.5-50wt% of bio-decomposable material selected from starch, polysaccharide, cellulose, cellulose derivatives, wax, polycaprolactone and polylactic acid; 0.05-5wt% of promoter containing peroxide compound or surfactant; 0.2-10wt% of oxidant which is reacted with thermoplastic polymer component to produce peroxides or hydroperoxides; 0.5-6wt% of photodecomposition material containing transition metals; 1-50wt% of photooxidants; and 1-50wt% of hydrophilic polymer.
