METHOD FOR RECOVERING PROTEIN BY RELEASING UBIQUITIN FROM UBIQUITINATED PROTEIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a protein from a ubiquitinated protein by recovering the ubiquitinated protein with an immunological method such as an affinity chromatography or immuno-precipitation, etc., by using a specific antibody recognizing a ubiquinone chain and by releasing the ubiquitin from the ubiquitinated protein by using a de-ubiquitinating enzyme.

SOLUTION: This method for recovering the protein which may be decomposable through a ubiquitin dependent protein decomposition pathway, by using an anti-ubiquitin chain antibody and the de-ubiquitinating enzyme.
