PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small pressure increasing/reducing device which quickly increases or reduces pressure in a container, and to provide a motion restraint tool using the device and a simulator. SOLUTION: The pressure increasing/reducing device 10 which quickly increases or reduces the pressure in the container is provided with: a plurality of auxiliary containers 3 which are connected in parallel to the container 1 respectively in a state where gas can be made to flow in and out and which are controlled to have inner pressure higher than that of the container 1 in the case of increasing the inner pressure of the container 1 and to have inner pressure lower than that of the container 1 in the case of reducing the inner pressure of the container 1; and a control valve 2 which can control opening and closing of flow in and out of the gas between the container 1 and the auxiliary containers 3.
