PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine effective for a user capable of finely adjusting the positions of treatment elements by operating a remote operation device in any posture by user's single hand without requiring special skill. SOLUTION: The remote operation device (remote controller) 4 for remotely operating the positions of the treatment elements 5 is constituted by arranging an operation part 22, which can be operated by the thumb while holding a grip 23 capable of being grasped by fingers other than the thumb and the palm, on the head part of the grip 23. The pressing operation in the axial direction of the grip 23 and the shaking operation of the grip 23 in the shaking direction shaken centering around the axis of the grip 23 can be performed in the operation part 22 and the treatment elements 5 are positionally regulated in different directions in a case that the operation part 22 is subjected to axial pressing operation and a case that the operation part 2 is operated in the shaking direction. By this constitution, the remote operation device 4 can be operated using only user's single hand in any posture without requiring special skill and the positions of the treatment elements 5 can be finely regulated by this operation.
