PURPOSE: A method for assembling a manual high grade racing bicycle frame by using a jig is provided to safely and accurately repair and maintain the bicycle by re-arranging the jig based on an existing data. CONSTITUTION: A method for assembling a manual high grade racing bicycle frame(1) by using a jig is composed of a hanger jig(2), a rear end jig(3), a hook end jig(4), a seat jig(5), and a head fixing jig(6). Each jig is capable of regulating distance, level, and position. A unit with angular graduations is attached on the hanger jig to regulate the angle. The angle of a seat tube is adjusted by connecting and interlocking between the hanger jig and the seat jig by a plate. A front center is regulated by rotating a hook end jig position moving knob at the hook end jig and adjusting the distance between the hook end jig and the hanger jig. Height of the frame is regulated by rotating a hanger jig position moving knob of the hanger jig. The distance between a hanger and a seat is adjusted by regulating a gap between the hanger jig and the seat jig. Bicycle frames with various dimensions are regulated, fixed completely, and assembled by one jig using adjustable jig components.
