PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the improvement in typing skill, and to further improve the effect of learning languages. SOLUTION: The supporting device for acquiring typing skill displays a "TEXT" button b1 for switching the display/non-display of the spelling of english words to be typed for inputting, a "PICTURE" button b2 for switching the display/non-display of illustration images for indicating the meaning details of the english words, and a "VOICE" button b3 for switching the on/off of the voice of English words on the display of a user terminal for inputting by typing. A user appropriately operates the buttons b1-b3 during initial setting and typing exercises by means of a mouse, and switches the display/non-display of spelling, display/non-display of illustration images, and the on/off of pronunciation.
