PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk conveyance mechanism for attaining stable disk conveyance by maintaining small sliding resistance during the disk conveyance. SOLUTION: A pair of projected parts 9 are formed in both ends ot a disk guide 3 to project toward a conveying roller 5 side (direction of an arrow Z2). Each projected part 9 has a guide surface 9a for correcting the conveying shift of a disk D held between the disk guide 3 and the conveying roller 5 and conveyed. The guide surface 9a is inclined apart from the outer peripheral end surface of the disk D while approaching the conveying roller 5 side (direction of the arrow Z2).
