PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid coupling capable of further cooling viscous fluid and still preventing torque transmitting performance from reducing. SOLUTION: The fluid coupling comprises a housing 3 rotatably supported on a drive shaft 1 and provided with a housing body 11 and a cover member 12, a driven wheel 6 having a connecting hole 7 interconnecting a storing chamber 4 partitioned inside the housing and an operating chamber 5, and a torque transmitting section 9 arranged between the driven wheel and each outer periphery of a rotor. Upon forming a plurality of projection-shaped inner cooling fins 24 on connecting sections between a side wall 12a and an outer peripheral wall 12b of a concave section 14 of the cover member inside the storing chamber at designated spaced positions to a peripheral direction, radiation of heat from viscous fluid can be carried out through the cover member via each cooling fin.
