PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a polyamide which has properly randomized repeating units of a diamine / anα,ω-straight-chain aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and repeating units of a diamine / an aromatic dicarboxylic acid. SOLUTION: The producing method of a polyamide comprises heating a mixture of anα,ω-straight-chain aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid, adding a specified amount of a diamine while the dicarboxylic acid component turns from suspension phase to homogeneous melting phase, and furthermore adding the remaining diamine after the phase has been turned to homogeneous melting phase.
