FIELD: organic chemistry, natural compounds, medicine, oncology, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new C-4 carbonate-comprising taxanes of the formula (I) ^ ^ and their pharmaceutical salts wherein R means phenyl, isopropyl or tert.-butyl; R1 means -C(O)RZ wherein RZ means (CH3)3CO-, (CH3)3C-CH2-, -CH3(CH2)3O-, cyclobutyl, cyclohexyloxy-group or 2-furyl; R2 means CH3C(O)O-. Also, invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions based on thereof and their applying as anti-tumor agents in treatment of humans and animals.
