PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently achieve the effect of moderating a voltage increase, suppress heat generation, and improve efficiency. SOLUTION: A commercial power supply 21 is connected to an input terminal of a full-wave rectifying circuit 22. A boosting chopper circuit 24 is connected to an output terminal of the full-wave rectifying circuit in parallel. The boosting chopper circuit 24 connects a MOSFET 26 to the output terminal of the full-wave rectifying circuit through a choke coil 25 in parallel. A diode 27 is connected to the FET in the forward direction. A smoothing capacitor 29 is connected to the FET through an inductor 28 in parallel. A capacitor 30 is connected to the choke coil through a series connection of the diode and the inductor in parallel. An inverter circuit 32 is connected to the smoothing capacitor.
