<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily print a desired image on the game screen of a video game machine by operating a controller. <P>SOLUTION: A video game system includes: a video game program recording medium 4 for recording a video game program and a print screen generation program; the video game machine having a reading means (a disk drive 12) and a control means (a processor 11); and a printer 6. The control means advances a game in response to the video game program, stops the game screen by operating the controller 2 during the advance, converts the game screen into editable image data, selects an optional area in the game screen by operating the controller 2, preserves image data of designation area in a memory when the area in the game screen is designated, converts the data into print data for a standard card, and outputs it to the printer 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
