<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality joint structure without applying soldering or caulking, and further without plating a part to be joined and removing an oxidized film from the part. <P>SOLUTION: Ultrasonic vibration is applied to a pipe-fixing metal-fixture 12 which is arranged on a heat pipe 8. Thereby, each contact part between the pipe-fixing metal-fixture 12 and a heat receiving part 6, between the heat pipe 8 and the pipe-fixing metal-fixture 12, and between the heat receiving part 6 and the heat pipe 8 is solid-state welded. Thus, a joint structure is obtained in a remarkably short time even with high quality without applying soldering or caulking and without subjecting the heat receiving part 6 to plating and oxidized film elimination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
