PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter with an air blowing nozzle which can be attached to the end of an existing vacuum cleaner to forcibly blow dust accumulated in a narrow part or the bottom of a recessed part with air and remove the dust by suction directly. SOLUTION: The adapter comprises a pipe-shaped base body (1) which is made of a resin and is attached to the end of the vacuum cleaner, a fan box (4) which is attached to the outside of the pipe-shaped body (1) and houses a blowing fan (2) and a motor (3) for rotating the blowing fan (2), the air blowing nozzle (6) which has the air supplied from the fan box (4) through a tube (5) and is attached to the center of the end part of the base body, and a power box (7) and a switch (8) at a hand for moving the motor. Moreover, a sliding pipe (9) as an adjustment feature to balance the blowing of the dust with the air and the removal with the suction in the most suitable state is attached to the end of the pipe of the pipe-shaped base body (1) made of the resin, and the most suitable state is made by moving the sliding pipe (9) back and forth.
