PURPOSE: A moving PC power service room operating system is provided to offer an internet search service and various multimedia services by using the wireless internet and computers. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a relay(110), a computer(120), an operating server(200), an ISP(Internet Service Provider, 300), and a wireless internet(400). The relay(110) and the computer(120) are installed in a moving vehicle(100). The computer(120) accesses the ISP(300) via the relay(110) and the wireless internet(400). The operating server(200) includes a member management database(210) and a usage specification database(220) for authenticating the usage of the computer(120). The wireless internet(400) connects to the moving vehicle(100), the operating server(200) and the ISP(300).
