PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely switch over modes by a simple operation. SOLUTION: In a regulating mechanism 21 for regulating a lowering position of a main body 4, an adjusting bolt 42 provided on the main body 4 is provided on a stopper block 40 rotated by a rotation operation of a switching lever 39 to be movable to an interference position abutting on a bottom dead center stopper 46 on a support 12 side according to lowering of the main body 4 and a saving position which is not abutting on the bottom dead center stopper 46. The stopper block 40 retreats a lock pine engaged to an oscillating rod 23 in a lock mechanism 20 at the interference position of the adjusting bolt 42 to release fixing of the main body 4.
