A cooling radiofrequency electrode is provided to broaden surface area of the electrode in contact with skin, to create a space inside for circulation of cold water, to transfer radio waves deep into the tissue, and to process the wrinkle release. A cooling radiofrequency electrode for tissue or skin massage comprises: a circular electrode(10); an electrode holder(20) with an electrode duct(50) formed inside, to which a radio wire(60) is connected; a refrigerant duct(30) inserted into the electrode holder; a temperature sensor line(40) inserted into the refrigerant duct; a supply chamber(33) formed at a lower end of a supply passage(32) to collect a refrigerant being supplied; an exhaust chamber(35) formed at a lower end of an exhaust passage(34) to collect a refrigerant; a supply rubber hose(36) connected to a lower end of the supply chamber; an exhaust rubber hose(37) connected to a lower end of the exhaust passage; and upper, central, and lower fixed tubes(70,72,74) for housing the elements.
