PURPOSE: A hydraulic brake control device of an ACC(Adaptive Cruise Control) is provided to simplify the structure and to produce goods at low price by shutting off a passage toward a master cylinder in starting an ACC operation mode and pressurizing or depressurizing the hydraulic pressure stored in a chamber by up-and-down motions of the cylinder by rotation of a motor. CONSTITUTION: In an ACC for brake-controlling a vehicle based on motion information of the vehicle input from sensors for detecting the motion information of the vehicle and sensing data of the sensor detecting objects in the front side, a hydraulic brake control device is composed of a cut-off unit for shutting off the hydraulic pressure of a master cylinder in an automatic brake control by the ACC; a storage unit disposed at a passage toward a wheel cylinder(90) to store temporally the hydraulic pressure; a brake pressure control unit for supplying brake pressure to the wheel cylinder by adding and subtracting pressure on the hydraulic pressure stored in the storage unit; and a control unit(100) for controlling the brake pressure control unit.
