METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING A CALLER IN A MOBILE TERMINAL HAVING A DIGITAL CAMERA, ESPECIALLY CONCERNED WITH PHOTOGRAPHING AND KEEPING THE FIGURE OF A CALLER ACCORDING TO USER SETUP

PURPOSE: A method for identifying a caller in a mobile terminal having a digital camera is provided to trace an illegal user of a mobile terminal later by secretly photographing and keeping the illegal user using a digital camera function. CONSTITUTION: A user manipulates a menu in his mobile terminal and appoints a caller identification level. In case that the user makes a call using the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal judges whether a caller photographing mode has been set. If the caller photographing mode has not been set, the mobile terminal judges whether an authentication mode by a password has been set. However, if the caller photographing mode has been set, the mobile terminal photographs the caller using the installed camera and stores it in an internal database.
