PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the capacity of a flash memory 31c for backup. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning control device for vehicle has a temperature setting switch 38, a RAM 31b and a flash memory 31c. A CPU31a learns the occupant-set temperature in relation to the environmental condition, stores the learning result in the RAM 31b for each environmental condition, and operates the air-conditioning control quantity in the cabin according to the learning result for each environmental condition. The CPU 31a stores the learning result for each learned environmental condition in the flash memory 31c together with the index indicating the storage position of the learning result for each environmental condition in the RAM 31b. The flash memory 31c backs up the RAM 31b thereby. Therefore, the an area to store the learning result is used for the first time when the learning result is obtained for each environmental condition, and any wasteful area need not be ensured.
