PURPOSE: Structure for mounting a thermocouple of a gas oven is provided to prevent ignition failure at the initial stage by detecting ignition accurately, and to install the thermocouple in the right position by fixing the end of the thermocouple to the auxiliary holder integrated with the thermocouple holder. CONSTITUTION: A thermocouple installation system of a gas oven is composed of a burner(66) having plural gas penetration holes(92) and heating food by burning gas injected through the gas penetration holes; a burner holder(90) fixing the burner; a thermocouple(98) detecting ignition of the burner; a thermocouple holder(98') formed in the burner holder to fix the thermocouple; and an auxiliary holder(100) formed in the burner holder to fasten an end(98b) of the thermocouple. The auxiliary holder is integrally formed with the burner holder, and bent vertically from the burner holder. A thermocouple insertion hole(100') is formed in the auxiliary holder to insert the end of the thermocouple.
