摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchemical system in which both detecting methods of photothermal conversion spectroscopic analysis and LIF analysis can be utilized. <P>SOLUTION: A microchemical system 1 is provided with a microchemical system chip 20 enabling sample solution to flow in a channel 204; an irradiation section 1a being shared by the photothermal conversion spectroscopic analysis and the LIF analysis; a light receiving section 1b used for the photothermal conversion spectroscopic analysis; and a light receiving section 1c used for the LIF analysis. The light receiving section 1c includes an optical fiber 302 which receives fluorescent light in a direction normal to the optical axis of exciting light emitted from the irradiation section 1a; and a fluorescence condenser lens 301 which is coupled to a leading edge of the optical fiber 302 and embedded in the microchemical system chip 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
