PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, even if a main gear shift lever is set to a neutral position, a swash plate is not returned to a neutral position and the stop of a vehicle body is not secured, in case that displacement, a detection error, malfunction of a swash plate position detection sensor occur. SOLUTION: HSTs 4L, 4R for continuously variable transmission of traveling power depending on swash plate operation, HST motors 10L, 10R for the swash plate operation, HST sensors 48L, 48R detecting a swash plate position, and a main gear shift lever sensor 34 detecting an operation position of the main gear shift lever 30 are provided. In determining a target position of the swash plate based on the operation position of the main gear shift lever 30 to operate the swash plate to the target position, in the main gear shift lever 30 is set at the neutral position but output rotation of the HSTs 4L, 4R is not stopped, the swash plate is controlled to stop output rotation of the HSTs 4L, 4R.
