PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distributing device which can distribute data without interruption even if data size is large. SOLUTION: Data can be distributed without interruption by making the device such constitution that the device is provided with a data input part 11 inputting data, a CPU 12 performing a program and performing the prescribed processing, a program storage memory 13 storing the program, a memory 14 for work preserving data temporarily, a magnetic storing device 15 storing data, a magnetic storing device control part 16 controlling operation of the magnetic storage device 15, and a data distributing part 17 distributing data.
