PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking stick which consecutively displays at least one piece of information among IC card, navigation information, and data received by radio etc. in Braille points, and to charge a battery by self generation of power. SOLUTION: The walking stick is provided with: a housing case 101 housing a braille display part; a walking stick body 150; and a cover 102 for closing the braille display part in in an openable and closable manner. A card slot is formed at the end face of the cover 102, and a solar cell 20 is provided on a surface. By providing an antenna 103, a non-contact IC chip 1, a control circuit part 104, a cell 106, etc. in the walking stick body 150, radio communication is performed with external devices, and obtained information is displayed in braille.
