PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep always constant processability by setting the boundary line of a rough surface and a smooth surface at a target position at the time of a surface roughening treatment of the surface of an electroforming master and preventing the irregularity of processability in the surface roughening treatment. SOLUTION: A character, a mark or a pattern to be transferred and formed to the surface of a molded product is carved in the surface (2) before the laser processing of the electroforming master (1) using a laser beam (4).
