PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a loss of force is generated when a lever for transmitting the force due to a load to a damper is deformed not to transmit accurate force to the damper via the lever, so as to worsen precision in weight measurement. SOLUTION: This instrument is provided with the first lever 20 acting on the damper 10, and the second lever 21 connected to the first lever 20. The first lever 20 is connected to the second lever 21 in a connection point D, and force from the second lever 21 is composed to force of the first lever 20. A direction of the force applied onto the first lever 20 is stabilized by positioning a fulcrum A of the the first lever 20, a force point B and the connection point D on the same plane, and by making a load direction in the force point B substantially perpendicular to a straight line connecting the fulcrum A and the force point B, and the levers 20, 21 are thereby precluded from being deformed.
