PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating, collecting and discharging scarfing scales is provided to continuously perform scarfing operation by containing high pressure water in pit and separately discharging scale into scale box. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a concave drainage canal on an inclination plane of which at least one or more of staircase projections are formed; at least one or more of rotation plates(20,20a) installed at the at least one of projected staircase part of the drainage canal as at least one or more of rotation plates on a hollow cylindrical rotation shaft of which a plural partition walls are mounted, and in which drain ports(21,21a) are perforated on a lower part between the partition walls; drain pipes(50,50a) symmetrically installed on left and right side surfaces of a central part of the projections of the drainage canal; discharge pipes(30,30a) arranged on the same straight line as the drain ports on both surfaces of the drainage canal and connected onto the drain pipes; collection rods(40,40a,40b,40c) which are inserted into the discharge pipes, and in which electromagnetic rods are installed; and a unit for moving the collection rods into shaft of the rotation plates when separately collecting scarfing scale and moving the collection rods to the discharge pipes when discharging scarfing scale.
