PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system and information management device appropriately and timely providing information related to the amount of money in a money changer and a card issuing machine to a clerk of a game parlor. SOLUTION: This game system comprises dispensers 3A-3E and 4A-4E, the money changers 5A-5B and the card issuing machines 6A-6B (game parlor related apparatuses) installed in the game parlor 9 and an information management device 10 wirelessly communicating with a cellular phone 7 possessed by the clerk of the game parlor. The parlor related apparatus is provided with a means, when the amount of the money in the machine reaches the limit value, transmitting a notification signal to the information management device. The information management device is provided with a means receiving a notification signal and a means, when receiving the notification signal, transmitting an alarm signal to the cellular phone for displaying an alarm image on the display part of the cellular phone showing that the amount of the money in the game parlor related apparatus of the transmission origin of the notification signal reaches the limit value.
