PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting method developing an unconventional novel actuation effect. SOLUTION: An outward passage 3 and returning passage 4 guiding a fluid are formed. The first plane body 1 that both ends of the outward passage 3 and the returning passage 4 are opened is laid in a position where snow-melting is required and the second plane body 2 is laid in the condition that the outward passage 3 and the returning passage 4 of the first plane body 1 is connected with the communication passage 5 of the second plane body 2. The fluid is guided from the melting snow fluid source 6 to the outward passage 3 and the fluid is introduced into the melting snow fluid source 6 through the passage way 5 and the returning passage way 4 to melt snow.
