摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for electrolytic water, which enhances an effect of disproportionating super-oxide radicals. SOLUTION: An organic electrolytic aqueous solution 4 containing water-soluble inorganic salt of less than 0.1 M and organic electrolyte of 1-50 M is supplied to a non-partitioned electrolytic bath 10 having at least a pair of inert electrodes 12, 14 separated from each other at a distance of 2 mm or less, and is subjected to an electrolysis process. The process produces mixed electrolytic water, which is a mixture of cathode-side electrolytic water and anode-side electrolytic water, and satisfies a condition that an organic electrolytic aqueous solution 4 adjusted to show the same pH as the the mixed electrolytic water produced by the electrolysis requires less neutralization titration volume than the original aqueous solution 4 does or shows a higher super-oxide radical disproportionating capability per mol when subjected to neutralization titration with a sodium hydrate aqueous solution. Preferably, the organic electrolyte is a water-soluble extract of ascorbic acid, of water-soluble flavonoid, of water-soluble catechin, of herbs, and the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
