PURPOSE: A mixing unit of system for manufacturing compost by using organic wastes is provided, which is characterized by comprising a horizontal stand for compact moving forward and backward, and a vertical stand moving side to side for fast mixing of organic wastes in a short time. CONSTITUTION: The mixing unit of compost manufacturing system comprises the parts of: a horizontal stand(100) moving forward and backward on a rail(510) laid on the upper side of both walls of a fermentation tank(600), wherein the horizontal stand has a compact size and a curved shape on its frame for smooth moving of an escalator to the horizontal direction; a vertical stand(200) moving side to side on a rail(110) set on the front/back frame of the horizontal stand, wherein the angle of a S-shaped escalator(310) on the rail is controllable with a cylinder(330), based on a hinge axis(320), and the escalator has a rotating plate(311) for active mixing of organic wastes; a link(420) connecting a conveyor(410) on the upper end of the escalator so that the link goes forward and backward if the escalator is set up and set down, respectively. |
