PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a new dispersion supply device capable of conveying to the downstream side, while collapsing a piled heap, without using a stirrer or the like, even when articles are piled on an upstream part of a radiation feeder; and a combinational measuring device including the same. ! SOLUTION: A radiation feeder includes a trough for conveying articles therethrough, and an excitation device for vibrating the trough forward and backward in a direction tilting to an article conveyance surface.
