PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction adjustment device having a case provided with a louver for adjusting a wind direction, the case being integrated with a duct. SOLUTION: The wind direction adjustment device adjusts the wind direction of air blown out into a cabin from an air blowing out port 1b. The case 1 opened with an air blowing out port 1b and the duct 3 for leading air to the case 1 are integrally formed and at least one of a lateral louver 4a and a vertical louver 7a for adjusting the wind direction is provided in the case 1. Since the air is not leaked from a gap between the case 1 and the duct 3, the air conditioned by an air conditioner can be blown out into the cabin with no waste.
