The frame has a rigid panel (12) with a principle beam that couples a steering case with a pedal housing. The panel has two diagonal beams that couple the case to each of two rear ends forming anchoring axis of a rear wheel. A saddle support includes a flexible beam (40) that is linked to the rigid panel. A trajectory path of the support is horizontal with respect to the rigid panel due to the flexible beam.
